We know that you will be pleased with your purchases from Chair Outlet. However, there may be occasions when you will need to return items to us. If you do, this policy has all the information you’ll need to know. This policy applies to everything you buy from Chair Outlet.
CANCELLING AN ORDER
Should you wish to cancel your order for any reason you can do so before order has been processed and on route to your address.
Cancellations within this time will be eligible for a full refund minus any costs we reasonably incur in fulfilling the order, including but not limited to any credit card charges incurred.
To cancel an order please e-mail [email protected] marking the subject field of the e-mail as “cancellation of order”
Cancellations cannot be made after the delivery date has been confirmed, as these have been processed and will be on route to your address.
Should you no longer require the order, you can return it through our returns process up to 14 days after receipt of the goods. Your item must not have had tags removed, assembled or used and is complete in its original packaging. Any items that are returned to us assembled or not in a box will be charged at a higher rate. Any postage upgrades selected at checkout cannot be refunded. Please email [email protected]
ITEMS DAMAGED/ FAULTY ON ARRIVAL
If the cartons are damaged, please note the damage on the delivery receipt. In the unlikely event of your goods being delivered faulty or damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the date of delivery in order for us to arrange a replacement.
RETURNING AN ITEM
You can return an item within 14 Days by sending the notice of return by email to [email protected] ensuring that you quote your name, address, order reference number.
We do require all the original packaging and accessories to be included in the return. All returned goods must be in a full un-used condition.
We may apply a 10% re-stocking fee upon the return of your order. This will be based on the condition of the products.
Please contact us for the return address and make sure to include your customer order details with the package, as we cannot process the returned goods without these.
All refunds will be processed within 21 days of return. Your statutory rights are not affected.
Please note that we offer free standard UK delivery service but we do not offer a free returns service. You can either arrange to send back the item yourself or we can arrange the collection for you using our dedicated courier service. Please contact us and we will advise you of the collection cost.
If items are delivered damaged or incorrect we will arrange free exchange of the same products for you.
